Transformations: The Napa Valley Weight and Lifestyle Management Program ™

Red Bell Pepper Hummus
(Yields 5 servings (3 tablespoons each))

1 15-ounce can garbanzo beans, drained
½ cup water packed roasted red pepper (or two fresh roasted peppers, peeled)
1-2 Tablespoons tahini (sesame seed butter) optional
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 garlic clove (or more to taste)
¼ teaspoon ground cumin

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until completely smooth.
