2 pkgs. Tapioca Pudding Mix
(4 servings each)
4 cups orange juice
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
2 cans mandarin orange sections, drained
3 bananas
1 pkg frozen boysenberries
1. Mix tapioca pudding mix with the orange juice and let stand 5 minutes.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cool 20 minutes.
Stir again and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
2. Just before serving, mix in the canned fruit, slice in the bananas and
add the frozen berries last. It tastes best if there are some ice crystals
in the berries when you serve.
