Hot Artichoke Dip
(Yields
12 quarter cup servings)
1 14-ounce jar water pack
artichoke hearts
8 oz. fat free cream cheese
½ cup fat free sour cream
½ cup low fat mayonnaise
1 cup shredded parmesan
1 clove mince garlic
1-2 tsp ground chilies
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pour into a baking dish and
bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Can be used as a dip, sandwich
filling, filling for chili rellenos etc.
