Silky Dark Chocolate Fondue(Serving Size 1/4 cup) 16 ounces dark chocolate (or semi-sweet) 1½ cups soymilk (or non fat milk) 1 tsp. Vanilla extract (or other extracts or liqueurs if desired) 1. Use chocolate chips, or break chocolate into pieces and place in a fondue pot or microwaveable bowl. 2. Add soymilk and stir frequently as chocolate melts.
