Transformations: The Napa Valley Weight and Lifestyle Management Program ™

Silky Dark Chocolate Fondue
(Serving Size 1/4 cup)

16 ounces dark chocolate (or semi-sweet)
1½ cups soymilk (or non fat milk)
1 tsp. Vanilla extract (or other extracts or liqueurs if desired)

1. Use chocolate chips, or break chocolate into pieces and place in a fondue pot or microwaveable bowl.
2. Add soymilk and stir frequently as chocolate melts. If using microwave, stir every 30 seconds or more.
3. Add vanilla and blend in.

Variations: You may vary the kind of chocolate, the liquid and the flavorings for other taste effects.
