Transformations: The Napa Valley Weight and Lifestyle Management Program ™

Fruit Juice Fondue
(Serving Size 1/4 cup)

1 can frozen juice concentrate—orange, pineapple, banana blend
1 can water
2 T. cornstarch
1 tsp of vanilla or coconut extract (opt) 

Place all ingredients in a saucepan and stir until cornstarch is blended in without lumps. Bring to a simmer and allow cornstarch to thicken and turn clear.
