Creamy Garlic Cheese Fondue
(Serving Size 1/4 cup)

1½  cup milk (non fat)

2 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened (Philly Free)

½ tsp. garlic salt, ½ tsp. salt

3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

 

With electric mixer add milk to cream cheese, mixing till well blended. Heat slowly in saucepan; add salts. Slowly add Parmesan, stirring until smooth.

Pour into fondue pot, place over fondue burner. If mixture becomes too thick, stir in a little milk. Approx 2 oz per serving
