You will enjoy the personalized approach of Transformations
that includes these special features:
- Comfortable, private rooms located in the scenic Napa Valley,
approximately 70 miles north of San Francisco
- Medical supervision for weight loss and lifestyle management
- Nutrition planning with a dietitian
- Cooking classes and recipes from our dietitian and chef
- Daily group recreation including country walks, gym and water
exercise, and yoga
- Stress management and behavioral change sessions including
relaxation therapy and massage

Evaluate & Plan
Your Transformations experience begins with a comprehensive, medical
diagnostic evaluation that includes:
- Medical history and physical exam with our physician
- Treadmill stress test
- Calculation of personalized training heart rate
- Thyroid, lipid, blood sugar and insulin tests
- Weight and BMI assessments
- Nutrition analysis
- Fitness assessment
- Behavioral profile
In individual consultations with your Transformations team, you will
create a highly personalized weight loss plan customized to your unique
needs and goals. Together, we’ll take into account your medical, social,
spiritual, emotional and physical needs to create a personalized plan.
Because it is designed especially for you, your plan will help you
achieve life changing, sustainable results.
